Grano Law Offices, P.C. Continues Legal Services Amid New Mexico Stay-at-Home Order

At Grano Law Offices, P.C., my legal team is taking a safety-aware approach to providing legal services to current and prospective clients during the coronavirus pandemic. You and your loved ones are still my firm’s top priority. In light of the recently issued New Mexico stay-at-home order, I will continue to offer my personal injury and criminal defense services using law firm-grade technology and communication methods to lessen the chance of contact exposure. The new guidelines are in place until at least April 10 by order of Gov. Grisham.

Are New Mexico Law Firms Considered “Essential Businesses?”

Law firms are considered to be “essential businesses” in New Mexico. Therefore, we will continue to provide legal services to clients as steadily as we have in the past.

However, we may have to use different means of communication for a few weeks to be extra cautious. All mandatory, in-person meetings will continue.

We Are Taking Prospective Client Inquiries

When you contact my office for your free strategy session, we will discuss your current legal matter as in the past. If you hire me to represent you, we will meet via video conferencing, telephone call, email, and secure messaging.

There are some instances where we cannot avoid in-person contact. As such, all necessary in-person meetings will continue. The idea is to minimize contact and leverage our ability to communicate in the digital space, especially for more vulnerable populations.

We Are Still Serving Current Matters

My office will continue amid the New Mexico stay-at-home order. My commitment to you is unshakable.

If we have upcoming court dates or new case developments, we will discuss them via video conference, telephone, email, or secure messaging. Please feel free to let me know if you have a communication preference.

Grano Law Offices, P.C. Will Handle Your Case No Matter the Situation

The team at Grano Law Offices, P.C. empathizes with you and your family regarding the stress of the coronavirus pandemic. I give you my reassurance that my firm is continuing to offer experienced and trusted legal counsel.

Making sure that everyone is safe and sound will protect both you and our staff members as COVID-19 spreads. Fortunately, I prepared in advance to respond to the outbreak so that there would be no interruption to seeking counsel or continued legal services. If you need immediate legal assistance, day or night, call my office at (505) 426-8711. You can also send me a message here.
