If your license was confiscated for failing the breath test or refusing to submit to blood alcohol content (BAC) testing, you will be given a Notice of Revocation and no longer be allowed to drive legally. As such, you can challenge this decision by DEMANDING an MVD license revocation hearing.

WARNING: YOU MUST MAKE THE DEMAND WITHIN TEN DAYS OF RECEIVING THIS NOTICE!

ARE YOU FACING DWI/DUI CHARGES IN TAOS, NEW MEXICO?

Possible Defenses for a New Mexico DWI/DUI

As I previously stated, the processing, testing, and arrests of DWIs are standardized and flawed in this country. This assertion even applies to the breath testing methodologies as well.

If you are arrested for a DWI/DUI in Taos, possible defenses I may use include:

  • Illegal stop by police
  • Not following field sobriety test protocols
  • Failing to collect and store samples
  • Certain medical conditions
  • Miranda Rights violations
  • Unlawful communication with the Defendant
  • Violating the New Mexico Rules of Civil Procedure

You deserve to have every fighting chance at defending your case. Do not leave things to chance with someone who does not have the capacity to give your case the specific focus it needs. Hire a private criminal defense lawyer at Grano Law Offices, P.C. for help.
