Know Your Rights When It Comes to Intoxicated Driving Tests

Are you worried about failing a roadside, field sobriety, or Breathalyzer test? While I generally talk to people after they have been charged, arrestees need to know that these tests are flawed and defensible.

There are creative ways in which law enforcement offices coerce drivers to submit to the Standardized Field Sobriety Test (SFST). These tests were designed by the National Highway Traffic and Safety Transportation Administration (NHTSA), where I also hold certifications through to investigate DWI/DUI matters in New Mexico.

There are numerous, possible reasons as to why you: a) shouldn’t have been stopped in the first place, b)shouldn’t have been tested, or c) shouldn’t have been arrested. If you hire my firm, I will work toward uncovering strategic defenses regarding your DWI/DUI to pinpoint any weakness in the theory that prosecutors have built against you.

“I can't thank Marc enough for all that he did for us. You were always professional and honest with us and straight forward on what to expect. Thank you for always letting me know what was happening in our case and believing in us.” - Laura
