For an entry to be eligible, it must be registered within this time period. Only one entry per person per day, address, or e-mail address is permitted over the duration of the contest. An eligible child may receive more than one entry.
ELIGIBILITY: To participate in this giveaway, you must enter as a legal resident of New Mexico for a child aged 12 and younger at the time of entry. Employees of The Firm, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, vendors, employees, and immediate family of such employees or those who reside in the same household as, any person in any of the preceding categories, are not eligible to participate.

PRIZES: One of ten (10) bicycle prizes will be awarded to ten (10) individual children in Las Vegas, New Mexico, and surrounding areas. No more than one (1) bicycle will be awarded to a winning recipient. The prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Prize winner is solely responsible for any fees/incidentals not included in the prize(s) that become due with respect to the prize. The Firm is not responsible for lost or stolen prizes.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Winners will be determined at the sole discretion of The Firm based upon a random drawing sweepstakes. Winners will be notified at the contact information provided. The Firm may also announce winners publicly through its website and social media publications. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he/she cannot or does not otherwise comply with these official rules, the prize will be forfeited. All entries become the exclusive property of the sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entrants may resubmit their responses once per week. Entrants will receive a copy of their essay submissions.
PRIZE PICKUP: The Firm will contact the prize winner to arrange for pickup.
PUBLICITY & MARKETING: Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to the sponsor to use the winner’s name, profile picture, voice, statement, image, and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, in any medium, without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. All federal, state, or other tax liabilities, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the sponsor, judges and the independent contest administrator, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in regard to the contest mechanics, and/or the interpretation of these official rules.
RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless The Firm and their related companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest. The Firm is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing of this offer, administration of the contest or in the announcement of prizes. In the event that The Firm is prevented from continuing with these contest, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the contest is undermined by any event including but not limited to acts of God and nature, satellite or equipment failure, technical failures or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, an order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within The Firm’s control, The Firm shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the contest without further obligation and, if so, The Firm reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the prize from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event. All entries are the property of The Firm and are not returnable. The laws of the state of New Mexico (USA), without regard to its conflict of law rules, will govern these terms. Any action relating to this contest shall be initiated only in the state and federal courts located in the State of New Mexico (USA).
DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of New Mexico. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these official rules, entrant’s rights, and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the sponsor in connection with the contest, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New Mexico, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New Mexico any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New Mexico.
